Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours, Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm. In some instances however, delays may occur. We will do our utmost to contact you if this is the case.
Typically, we will use one the following carriers to deliver our orders, with Án Post being our primary carrier as the shipping process happens in the Republic of Ireland:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information, which will then be emailed directly to the email address supplied during the checkout process.
Please note that it is normal for our orders not to have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order, we will contact you directly to discuss all possible options available to you. Typically, we can either ship you the part of your order that is in stock and then when the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order, or we can delay the shipping of your entire order until all products are back in stock.
Items Arriving Damaged
Although rare, it is possible that some items in your order may arrive damaged. Prior to sending all orders, we inspect all products to ensure they are of suitable quality. However, if an item in your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of what has happened and photographic evidence of the damage.
Once your correspondence has been received, we will review the situation in accordance with our returns policy and will discuss all potential options with you.
